We will share the current schedule, available dates for in-person sessions and confirm the enrolment details. Once confirmed, your place is reserved.

03

The course works best when you apply the methods to your own operation. Before the first in-person session, it helps to have some basic information to hand.

A list of your most frequently used ingredients and approximate current prices
Recipes or dish descriptions for two or three of your core menu items
Your current menu prices (even if you are not confident about how they were set)
A laptop or tablet — the workshop exercises are done digitally using the provided templates
